These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use Justtasks at www.justtasks.co.uk (the "Platform"). By using the Platform you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

The Platform is owned by Just Concepts Ltd ("we", "us" and "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. Company registration number 09239419. Registered office: 20–22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU.

Please read these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy carefully before using the Platform. By using our Platform, you agree to be bound by both.

1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. These sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content or privacy policies.

3. Users Under 18

If users are under 18, consent from a parent or guardian must be obtained prior to use of the Platform, and the parent or guardian must agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

You acknowledge that you have no rights in, or to, the Platform other than the right to use it in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You agree not to use the app for any commercial, business or resale purposes.

5. Permitted Use

You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, sub-licence, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Platform. You agree not to use automated tools to access the Platform or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its connected systems.

6. Access

Just Concepts Ltd reserves the right to withdraw a user's access to the Platform at its sole discretion.

7. Registration

Before you can make use of certain Services you must register and create a user account. You agree that all information you provide is truthful and accurate, and you agree to maintain the accuracy of your account information.

8. Account Security

You agree not to disclose your account password to others, and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Just Concepts Ltd nor any of its officers, employees or agents shall be responsible for:

• Any loss, damage or injury to you or any third party in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity or any indirect, economic or consequential losses whatsoever.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy represent the entire understanding between the parties regarding your use of the Platform. If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible.

11. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations caused by any act or event beyond our reasonable control.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
