How do I use the Master List Calendar?

The Master List Calendar gives you a visual overview of your tasks plotted against their due dates, helping you spot upcoming deadlines and plan your workload at a glance.
Accessing the Calendar
From the Master List, click the Calendar button to switch from the list view to the calendar view. Click List to switch back.
Reading the Calendar
Each task with a due date appears on its due date in the calendar. Tasks are colour coded by attention span — making it easy to see at a glance whether your upcoming days are front-loaded with deep work or balanced across attention levels.
Using the Calendar effectively
The calendar is a planning tool, not a working tool. Use it during your weekly review to check that due dates are realistic and that you haven't accidentally scheduled too many high-attention tasks on the same day. If things look bunched up, adjust due dates from the list view before the pressure builds.
Tasks without due dates
Only tasks with a due date appear in the calendar view. If a task isn't showing, check whether it has a due date assigned. Tasks without due dates remain visible in the list view only.
