What are the other lists?

Justtasks includes several specialist lists alongside the Master List and Today List. Each one is designed to hold a specific type of task, keeping your Master List clean and ensuring the right task finds you at the right moment.
Calling List — Tasks that require a phone call. Batch these together and work through them when you have a window for calls rather than interrupting other work.
Reading List — Articles, documents, reports, or anything that requires focused reading time. Capture them here so they don't clutter your other lists.
Ideas List — Capture ideas as they come to you, without committing to them. An idea on the Ideas List is not a task yet — it's a possibility. Review it later with fresh eyes and decide whether it deserves to become one.
Thinking List — For things that need more thought before they become actions. If you're not sure what the next step is, it goes here until you've had time to work it out.
Each of these lists supports the Productivity Ninja principle of capturing everything. Nothing should be left rattling around in your head when it could be safely stored in the system.
