What is the CORD system?

CORD is a framework from the Productivity Ninja philosophy that helps you decide what to do with everything that lands in your world — emails, requests, ideas, tasks, and anything else competing for your attention.
It stands for:
Capture — Get it out of your head and into a trusted system immediately. Justtasks is your capture tool. The Master List, Ideas list, and Thinking list exist precisely for this purpose — nothing should live in your head when it could live in the system.
Organise — Once captured, decide where it belongs. Is it a task for today? Does it belong to a project? Is it something you're waiting on someone else for? Putting things in the right place is what makes the system work.
Review — Regularly go through your lists to keep them current and meaningful. A list you don't trust is a list you won't use. The weekly review is the heartbeat of a healthy system.
Do — With everything captured, organised, and reviewed, you can focus entirely on doing — with confidence that you're working on the right things.
