What is the Waiting List?

The Waiting List is for tasks that are blocked — things you cannot progress because you are waiting for someone else to act first.
A reply you need. An approval that hasn't come through. A delivery you're expecting. A decision someone else needs to make.
Without a Waiting List, these tasks either clog up your Master List or disappear entirely — creating invisible stress and dropped balls. With a Waiting List, you have a clear record of everything outstanding, who owes you what, and when you last chased.
Review your Waiting List regularly. If something has been sitting there too long, it's probably time to follow up.
